Some exceptions apply as I will explain below.

• After you sign up with Silver City Web Services and we:
  1. Get your domain name
  2. Setup your server
  3. Design your website
  4. Launch your website
• Then you aren’t happy and want a refund within the 30 day window.
  • We will refund 100% of the money you have paid us.
    1. We will retain the domain name but you can purchase it from us for our cost.
    2. We will retain all the website materials.
    3. We will take down your server.
• You aren’t happy and want a refund but it is after the 30 day window.
  • You can terminate the contract by paying 50% of the remaining amount due on the contract.
    1. We will transfer the domain name to you.
    2. We will backup your site and deliver it to you.
    3. We will take down your server.
    4. If you would like us to transfer your site to a host of your choosing we will accommodate you at our current published hourly rate.
